Outlook AutoComplete List – Instruction Guide to Change Settings
The AutoComplete List is a feature that is maintained by Outlook and displays suggestions for names and email addresses as you begin to type them. These suggestions are possible matches from a list of names and email addresses from the email messages that you have sent. The list is used by both the automatic name-checking feature and the automatic completion feature. The AutoComplete List, also known as the nickname cache, is generated automatically when you send email messages from Outlook.
